Returns, Refund & Replacement Policy
At Sacred Grounds Coffee Co., all products sold are perishable food items. For this reason, all sales are final.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, refunded, or returned, except as expressly stated below.
Customer Order Errors
Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details are correct at checkout, including product selection, grind type, quantity, and shipping address.
- No refunds or replacements are provided for customer entry errors
- Orders cannot be changed after submission
- A new order must be placed at the customer’s expense
Our Fulfillment Errors
If we ship an incorrect item due to our error (wrong product, grind, or labeling), we will correct it.
- A replacement will be sent at no cost
- We cover both product and shipping costs
- Errors must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after delivery
Returned items are not required and will not be accepted.
Shipping & Carrier Issues
We are not responsible for issues caused by shipping carriers, including delays, damage, mis-delivery, theft, or packages marked “delivered” but not received.
Customers may file a claim with the carrier or request a replacement under these terms:
- Customer covers replacement shipping
- Sacred Grounds Coffee Co. covers product cost up to $25 USD
- A new order must be placed before reimbursement
All claims require supporting documentation (photos, tracking, confirmations).
Incomplete documentation will result in denial.
No Returns Accepted
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any coffee or tea products.
Any items returned will be discarded without refund or credit.
International & Bulk Orders
- International shipments are shipped at the customer’s risk and are not guaranteed
- Bulk orders are sold Ex‑Warehouse; responsibility transfers upon dispatch
Policy Changes
Sacred Grounds Coffee Co. reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
The policy in effect at the time of purchase applies.

Affiliate & Third‑Party Sales Notice
Sacred Grounds Coffee Co. operates affiliate links and marketing pages that may redirect customers to third‑party websites selling products not manufactured, fulfilled, or sold by Sacred Grounds Coffee Co.
Products purchased on external or affiliate websites:
- Are not sold by Sacred Grounds Coffee Co.
- May include non‑perishable items
- Are governed by the refund, return, and shipping policies of the third‑party seller
Sacred Grounds Coffee Co. is not responsible for refunds, returns, replacements, or disputes related to purchases made on third‑party or affiliate websites.
Customers must refer to the specific refund and return policy displayed on the page where the purchase was completed.
Orders placed in violation of this policy are not eligible for chargeback protection.
